These are some of the projects that the LPK team was in charge of.
Republic of Kyrgyzstan
Ministry of communication.
| Upgrading the republic telephony network
system, by spreading out a new and modern copper wire infrastructure
from the level of telephone switches to the level of connecting
subscribers. It included installing fiber optic ring between
the switches. |
| In course of the project more than 450
Km of cables in different size and capacity where spread out.
the fiber optic ring, was connected to the transmission equipment
(SDH) in each switchboard. |
| The whole project was preformed on Turnkey
bases. |
| The project improved significantly the
communications capability of the Kyrgyz republic |
| It was finance by the World Bank. |

Republic of

| One of the special and interesting projects
that we were involved in was the connection of Kyrgyz republic
to international communication line between Frankfort - Germany
to Shanghai - China Trance Asian Europe
(TAE). The project goal was to spread out 27,000 Km fiber optic
cables crossing and connecting 20 counties. |
| Our mission was to build the optical line
in the Kyrgyz republic territory and to connect it to the TAE
as a Turnkey project. |

ISRAEL
"Golden Channels"- CATV Project.
The overall project management of the largest
CATV project in Israel.

| The project involved the integration and implementation of
all aspects in the creation of a new CATV company from the start
to the successful operation. |
| The project includes the construction of more than 5,000 Km
of HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) network, the construction of 5 Head
Ends, installations in more than 50,000 MDU (Main Distribution
Units) and more than 450,000 subscribers. |
As part of the project we were responsible for the following
activities:

Preparing the overall work-plane and the budget
for the project. |

|
Preparing the whole process of vendor selection
including issuing RFI, RFP, vendor evaluation, negotiation and
final agreements. |
|
|
Detailed engineering planning of the overall project
including Head-End, HFC network, MDU and subscribers premises.
|
|
|
Logistics including purchasing & supply of materials
and equipments. |
|
|
Recruitment of workers and subcontractors. |
|
|
Training of workers and subcontractors. |
|
|
Construction of Head End including Floor planning,
Electricity, Air Condition, Lighting, Cabling, Equipment installation
and operation, Testing and documentation. |

Network construction including: connecting cables
in junction boxes, closures and cabinets (Coaxial cable and
Fiber optics), Connections and operation of al active and passive
equipments in the network, Final testing & documentation. |

|
Installation of MDU and subscribers' premises
including cable and equipment installations, customer training
and the successful operation of the STB (Setup Box converter).
|

Technical operation and maintenance
of the Head End, network, MDU and subscribers. |
The project improved significantly
the communication between the Kyrgyz republic and to the world. |
This project has contributed much to the increase of the Israeli GNP, to
the enrichment of the country's economy and the improvement of the standard
of living of its population.
ISRAEL
"Yes"- DBS/DTH satellite Project.

| The overall project management of the largest
DBS/DTH satellite project in Israel. |
| The project involved the integration and
implementation of all aspects in the creation of a new DBS/DTH
company from the start to the successful operation. |
| The project includes the construction of
a Central Uplink Station, installations of more than 120,000
satellite dishes throughout Israel. |

This project has contributed much to the enrichment of the country's
economy by opening new competition in the telecommunications market
that in turn, help improve the standard of living of its population.
